Serve on the Summer Leadership Team

Serving on the Summer Leadership Team will be the most rewarding experience of your life. The campers are unforgettable, the friends you make will last a life-time and the way that God will use you will shape and mold your heart in amazing ways. This could be the most exhausting, fulfilling, challenging and fabulous summer ever!

Adult Volunteers are the passionate few who give a week of their summer to enrich our ministry to the children and youth of Florida.


Serve as our Team Pastor

We are seeking a qualified ministry professional who is interested in providing spiritual leadership and development to the unique temporary community of our Summer Leadership Team.

The Team Pastor for Warren Willis Summer Leadership Team will be in charge of the spiritual well being of the 100+ counselors that we hire. The Team Pastor will plan worship experiences throughout the summer. They will be available for daily one-on-one conversations with team members. They will seek opportunities to serve alongside our team as they carry out our summer camp programming. They will be paid a stipend, given an apartment, fed tons of free meals and spend the summer building relationships with amazing college students who are walking with Christ daily.
