Conference Side
Scott Auditorium
Our largest meeting space, Scott is usually set with 300 chairs in theater style. Four breakout rooms can be opened to the main space to seat up to 800 attendees. A new system for sound, projection, and stage lighting was installed in 2019. Scott also includes a large lobby, courtyard, and restrooms.
Pearson
This 2012 building is named in honor of former director Lee Pearson and his wife Linda in gratitude for their decades of service and leadership. Pearson can serve groups up to 100. The space includes a small refrigerator, microwave, sink, restrooms, and A/V equipment.
Cokesbury
The converted bookstore now serves as a meeting space for groups up to 50. A single-occupant restroom in included in the space, as well as A/V equipment.
Gold Room
This classic space is part of the original 1979 construction. Serving groups up to 100, the Gold Room also includes a full kitchen and A/V equipment. The adjacent Annie Mae Room provides a common breakout space and restrooms.
Blue Room
This classic space is part of the original 1979 construction. Serving groups up to 25, the Blue Room also includes A/V equipment. The adjacent Annie Mae Room provides a common breakout space and restrooms.
Green Room
This classic space is part of the original 1979 construction. Serving groups up to 25, the Green Room also includes A/V equipment. The adjacent Annie Mae Room provides a common breakout space, water fountains, and restrooms.
Pavilion
This space in our RV campground is equipped with a full kitchen. Round tables and chairs can seat up to 75 people. A sidewalk leads to the adjacent campground bathhouse with restrooms and showers, and the south doors open to a firepit area.
Small Conference Rooms
We offer six meeting spaces in our lodging buildings for smaller gatherings. Our Guest Services team can help you decide if these spaces are right for you.
Camp Side
Fellowship Hall
Fellowship Hall is the original large meeting space on the property, housing meetings for over 70 years. FH can hold up to 200 chairs, and is equipped with a sound system, projection screen, and raised stage. Located in Barnett Lodge, the room is steps away from dining and restrooms.
Graham-Sapp Youth Chapel
Our historic Youth Chapel sits right on the shore of Lake Griffin and can seat up to 150. Large windows behind the raised stage offer views of the water and live oak trees. A short sidewalk leads guests to Barnett Lodge (dining/restrooms). A sound system is available for use, and large screen TV’s serve as projection screens.
Lake Room
The Lake Room was created during the 2010 remodel of Barnett Lodge. This space holds groups up to 100 and looks out over the rocking-chair porch at beautiful Lake Griffin. Dining and restrooms are located in the building.
Bowron Building
This meeting space can seat up to 50 guests and includes a full kitchen.
Lodges
Our four large lodges all have a central meeting space, large porches, and a full kitchen.
Craft Huts
Our 25 craft huts scattered across the property provide an air conditioned space for small group sessions.
Rec Hall
This screened, multi-purpose building can seat up to 150 people. It features a raised stage, a sound system, and stunning views of our natural setting. Restrooms are available in an adjacent building.
