The Koinonia Retreat can accommodate any sized youth group to come and connect with each other and other students from around the state. Being in Fellowship with one another and learning and growing together as a community of believers.

In 2022, we focused on a reset of the ways we connect and how we can Reboot, our ways of thinking and connecting with other. In 2023, we are taking the next step and talking about ” Community in Chaos”. In a world that is constantly and consistency being thrown in to battles, hardships, arguments, and worries; how to do we live together and find community in the every day chaos that we face. Join us as we explore conversations about being in community and how to find stillness in the Chaos.

NEW What to bring:

Stickers: This years event we are requesting that each group brings 10 stickers, per student that they are bringing to the event. These stickers should represent your church/youth group. Out only request is that they are on the 1.5 in scale. We will have a sticker exchange during the weekend.

White Shirt: We are bringing back Color Wars in new and exciting ways this year. For maximum fun we are asking that each student and leader bring a white t-shirt that they do not mind getting a little colorful.

Please give us the number of youth and adult participants you are anticipating. Final numbers are not due until 2 weeks before the retreat, but spots are not reserved until our registrar has contacted you to confirm availability.

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for each reserved space. The deposit will be paid at the end of registration, and the balance will be sent as a church check after receiving your final invoice two weeks before the event.

Church Reflection Groups:

During the retreat, your group will have multiple opportunities to meet and discuss topics coinciding with our weekend’s theme. In order to meet your meeting space needs, please indicate how many meeting locations you desire and how many people you anticipate to be in each location. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Paying for the Event: Once your application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from our Camp Registrar confirming your registration, total attending number and an attached invoice. Your final balance is due BEFORE you attend the event, and will be paid using a church check. Every effort should be made to request/send the check so that it is received before the event begins. Bringing final payment to the event is discouraged.
