  1. I regret that I can’t be with you for this celebration because I’m committed to a preaching engagement in NC. I will always be grateful for the privilege of preaching at the camp every summer for more than a decade and for the impact the camp continues to have in the life of the Conference. Best wishes for a joyful celebration!

Jim, Thank you so much for your years of service to the camp and the Conference. You have been and continue to be a blessing to camp and so many others!

  2. Cindy (Scott) Strickland

Tim (Strickland) and I won’t be able to make it – SADLY! We had already planned our 30th anniversary trip and will be in North Carolina at that time. We will think of you as you celebrate a place that is very special to both of us, and our entire family.

Are past campers allowed to come for this?
I was a graduate from 2020. We didn’t get to come for our super senior summer. And I’d love to make an attempt to come if I’m able to.

I’m heartbroken, I can’t attend. This has been a challenging year. We moved Nov.15 and on Dec
24 on 8 degree weather a pipe burst and we woke up to 2 inches of rising water. We finally got back into the house June 30th. To top it off I had a stroke Feb. 17th. We are praying without ceasing. I’m doing really well, but I still have some difficulty talking, and have dizzy spells. I’m not ready to travel yet. My mind is full of precious memories of my time at Camp, friends I met, and Holy moments with the Lord. God bless Warren Willis and his
    vision.

Where have the years gone? Such fond memories of Horsemanship and Creation Camp and camping as a youth. Even with window washing, “garbage run”, scooping poop and swatting flies, and KP duty, the life skills learned still stick with me. Special memories of the worship times, “Rustic” week in Alva/LaBelle/Felda, and “Walk to Emmaus” prayer vigils.

  6. Debbie Whitehead

So sad to miss the event coming up! Such an awesome time will be had by all and I wish I could be a part of that. But getting to help with the care of the brand new Grandson ain’t half bad either!
    : )
God Bless all attendees (lucky!) & staff & here’s to the next 75 years of changing lives & creating relationship with our Lord on the Holy Ground that is Warren Willis!!
