So glad we can have a team reunion and enjoy together!
I’m looking forward to joining everyone at the Celebration event!
Plan to be there. Hopefully you will have name tags for us. It’s been a long time.
Sally,
Registration will open on July 12. We’ll certainly make sure you have name tags for all who register.
Nametags for sure! Be sure to include your camp years on your registration form. Excited to see you soon!
I would like to register for 2 persons for double occupancy.
Cheryl,
Registration will open on July 12. Please come back and register for the Celebration on July 12.
Cheryl, registration is now open! Excited you will be joining us.
I regret that I can’t be with you for this celebration because I’m committed to a preaching engagement in NC. I will always be grateful for the privilege of preaching at the camp every summer for more than a decade and for the impact the camp continues to have in the life of the Conference. Best wishes for a joyful celebration!
Jim Harnish
Jim, Thank you so much for your years of service to the camp and the Conference. You have been and continue to be a blessing to camp and so many others!
Is there a start and end time? Trying to see what coverage I will need during the weekend.
Hello Nathan, our schedule is posted. We hope you will be able to join us!
Better keep an eye on those golf carts. Shelly and I are coming! 🙂
We are registered. It will be nice to get back to this sacred space!
I am looking forward to September. Who from the early 70s be coming?
I will be there, reservations are made and i will making the trip from Texas. I am looking forward to seeing everyone.
Tim (Strickland) and I won’t be able to make it – SADLY! We had already planned our 30th anniversary trip and will be in North Carolina at that time. We will think of you as you celebrate a place that is very special to both of us, and our entire family.
Many congrats to you both on your anniversary! So love hearing how much WWCCC means to you and your family.
Happy anniversary to you both. Sad you guys won’t be there!!
Is it possible to just come and hang for a bit on Saturday afternoon? I want to show my kids the camp, but can’t stay for long due to other commitments.
Hello Renee, we absolutely offer a day pass. If you’re hoping to pop in and say hello our main office will be open as well.
Are past campers allowed to come for this?
I was a graduate from 2020. We didn’t get to come for our super senior summer. And I’d love to make an attempt to come if I’m able to.
Absolutely Elaine. We hope you will be able to join us.
Sounds like a great event! I’ll miss seeing and reconnecting with everyone.
I’m heartbroken, I can’t attend. This has been a challenging year. We moved Nov.15 and on Dec
24 on 8 degree weather a pipe burst and we woke up to 2 inches of rising water. We finally got back into the house June 30th. To top it off I had a stroke Feb. 17th. We are praying without ceasing. I’m doing really well, but I still have some difficulty talking, and have dizzy spells. I’m not ready to travel yet. My mind is full of precious memories of my time at Camp, friends I met, and Holy moments with the Lord. God bless Warren Willis and his
vision.
Janet, your comment made my heart sing! You will be missed, but know you are in our prayers and hearts.
Where have the years gone? Such fond memories of Horsemanship and Creation Camp and camping as a youth. Even with window washing, “garbage run”, scooping poop and swatting flies, and KP duty, the life skills learned still stick with me. Special memories of the worship times, “Rustic” week in Alva/LaBelle/Felda, and “Walk to Emmaus” prayer vigils.
So sad to miss the event coming up! Such an awesome time will be had by all and I wish I could be a part of that. But getting to help with the care of the brand new Grandson ain’t half bad either!
: )
God Bless all attendees (lucky!) & staff & here’s to the next 75 years of changing lives & creating relationship with our Lord on the Holy Ground that is Warren Willis!!
